Old Student Web Pages - from Shikoku University 2005
From 2003 to 2005, I taught a seminar class at Shikoku University that involved making simple websites. This was back in the day when the word blog was still rather new, so we were not exactly making blogs. My students selected a topic for their websites and used a free online program called Netscape Composer to make their sites. The goal of the project was to make a website with a top page and four linked pages that explored the topic in detail. I saved the data from those projects and have posted some of the student websites here. I have changed the formats somewhat to make them appear in blog format, with each page becoming a blog post. However, I tried to keep the original colors and designs as much as possible. The original page where these websites were linked no longer exists, as I am no longer employed at Shikoku University. It's nice, though, to see these web pages live again! I hope they inspire my current students.
